Comfortable and spacious triple room with a massive bed - it was really nice! 🛏️.

I came here with my family. Daily bread and cereal for breakfast were FRESHLY MADE. The hotel had indeed a perfect and marvellous location in the middle of the city. Café The Big Plate Cafe located 2 km away was a nice surprise.

The room was new-fashioned, it had a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. It was overlooking garden.

The spacious room had modern decor and amenities like a large bed and a fridge, as well as an electric kettle and refrigerators.

I loved staying at this place; the location was perfect, and my modern and fairly spacious room was great, plus the variety of fresh bread and cereals was a nice extra touch.

Enjoyed my visit here a bunch of times and would definitely return! 😊 Was a great spot for checking out all the main sights; super convenient for exploring them all.

Conveniently located close to Charlton House & Gardens, just a short distance away. It only took me about 15 mins to walk to the bus station. 🚌

Brilliant stay! The family running this hotel was incredibly welcoming. The room was modern and even better than the pictures. It was spotlessly clean with a huge bed and a private bathroom. The little touches like stocked fridge and cutlery in the room made it feel like a home away from home. The shower was modern and the breakfast served in room was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable, cozy stay!

Lovely host family. Very comfortable, large, spotlessly clean room with a huge bed. Excellent private bathroom. Perfect finishing touches; tea, coffee, and orange juice. Well-stocked fridge with cheese, ham, milk, etc. Breakfast cereal and bread provided. TV with Netflix, BBC, Prime. Convenient parking. Highly recommended for a homely and relaxing experience.

Our stay at Baoyan Bed & Breakfast was exceptional. The room was immaculately clean and cozy, exceeding our expectations. We were delighted to find that it had all the amenities and more, including good WiFi, fresh food, and even a kettle. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available, but never intrusive. We enjoyed the privacy and quietude we were seeking. The roof windows in our spacious room provided ample natural light, creating a serene atmosphere. We truly felt like we were at home, able to unwind and gaze at the sky. The breakfast served in our room was excellent, with a variety of continental options. We also appreciated the convenience of adjacent parking. The host family was lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The large, spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed private bathroom exceeded our expectations. The thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and orange juice, as well as the fridge stocked with cheese, ham, and milk. We even had access to a TV with streaming services, although we didn't use it. The location was great, although a bit far from Greenwich, requiring a bus ride. However, this was not a big inconvenience. we highly recommend Baoyan Bed & Breakfast for a delightful and comfortable stay.
